- Honours award level and special awards (if applicable)
- Information about the graduate's higher education qualification, the institution where the qualification was obtained and the Australian higher education system

According to the ordering system, my documents have been delivered but I haven't received them. What does that mean?
The 'delivered' status for parcels in our ordering system means that the documents have left the University. Your documents are on route to the address you entered. Delivery details and timeframes for each document type are available on the Academic documents webpage.
Where can I find out more details about ordering academic documents?
Details about each academic document and instructions for ordering them online are available on the Academic documents webpage.
I don't have/don't want to use my credit or Visa/Mastercard debit card to order documents. How can I pay?
Unfortunately, the system only accepts credit or Visa/Mastercard debit payment. The best option is to use a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card. You can buy one from banks and many retail outlets including Australia Post and 7-Eleven.
The clock in the system seems to be wrong – why is that?
The system, Parchment, is based in the United States of America. So the clock shows the local time of the main Parchment offices (which are in Phoenix Arizona). The exact time difference changes during the year, depending on daylight savings. When Parchment shows the time as Pacific Standard Time (PST), it is 17 hours behind Sydney (Eastern Standard Time). When Parchment shows Mountain Standard Time (MST), it is 16 hours behind Sydney (Eastern Daylight Savings time).
Why is the default country set to 'United States'?
The default country shows as 'United States' because that's where the system is based.
