Changing your personal details

Important Information

The University requires that your full legal name as appears on your birth certificate/passport/Australian Citizenship Certificate is recorded on your University record.

If an update to your personal details is required to be made, please ensure you also update your new details with the Australian Taxation Office and with the Unique Student Identifier office.

Address and contact details

In My Student Records (MySR) (opens in a new window) select the 'Update your details' link on the home page. Check that your address and contact information is correct and up to date and make sure your mobile phone number is listed in the correct field so you can be contacted via SMS in emergencies. If an update to your personal details was made, please ensure you also update your new details with the Australian Taxation Office and with the Unique Student Identifier office.
