Policy DDS

The Western Sydney University Policy Document Development System (Policy DDS) is an online database containing all University-wide Policy Documents.

Policy Documents can be found by browsing the A to Z listing or by using the search facility.

The Policy DDS Bulletin Board provides access to Policy Documents under review for feedback and comment and notice of new and recently revised policy documents.

To assist users of the Policy DDS, a frequently asked questions (FAQ) page provides information on the Policy DDS and there is also a glossary of common terms.

Each Policy Document includes information on who is responsible for the document, links to information associated with the Policy Document and links to historical versions.

Western Sydney University Policy Documents are inclusive of all employees (and their families as applicable), including employees from communities such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, women, LGBTQIA+, and people with disability.

Western Sydney University acknowledges the Darug, Eora, Dharawal (also referred to as Tharawal) and Wiradjuri peoples and thanks them for their support of its work on their lands (Greater Western Sydney and beyond).
