Penrith Sustainable Innovation Community
In February 2022, the University announced a partnership with Stockland to create a thriving, mixed-use precinct which will serve the local community.
Located on our Penrith (Werrington) campus, the partnership presents a unique opportunity for the creation of a ‘living lab’, bringing together university, industry, and community to showcase a new way of co-creating a sustainable urban precinct. The Penrith Sustainable Innovation Community will be a place where people learn, work, live, play, and connect in new ways.
