772,221 kiloLitres of water were consumed in 2021 comprising 80,000 kL river water, 181,744 kL recycled water purchased from Sydney Water, 200,000 estimated harvested water from stormwater and rainwater storage, and 310,477 kL of potable water purchased from suppliers.
