Academic Course Advisors - (ACAs) or equivalent are the first and main point of contact for all academic advice, including adding or dropping units, majors and sub-majors, academic course progress and advanced standing. Unit Coordinators - Unit Coordinators or equivalent provide all academic information related to their specific unit including assessment details, assessment extensions, class timetables, and learning outcomes.
PASS -PASS (opens in a new window) is a free and voluntary student centred learning program offered online. PASS is for everyone; for those students wanting to gain a high distinction - to those aiming to pass the unit.
Library -Study Smart (opens in a new window) provides assistance in assignment and academic writing; developing study skills; academic integrity and plagiarism; digital literacy; information for academic staff.
MESH -MESH (opens in a new window) provides mathematics, statistics and numeracy support to students at all stages of their studies.

Our literacy support service provides a range of activities and resources to help students become confident learners, produce better results, achieve graduate attributes and enhance employability.
Placements - The Placements Hub provides leadership, coordination of a university-wide approach to the operationalisation and administration of partnership pedagogy through supporting placements and work integrated learning activities. The Hub aligns curriculum to legislated and accreditation frameworks, university requirements and administrative operations.
