ICS researcher Professor James Arvanitakis will take part in a Vivid Sydney event on 2 June that explores the future of higher education in the face of digitisation.

The event, 'Tertiary 3.0: Exploring Local Innovation in Higher Education', will explore how the shift towards online and lifelong learning models have, and will continue to, change the education landscape globally.

Professor Arvanitakis, who is Head of The Academy at UWS and 2012 Prime Minister's University Lecturer of the Year, will draw on his own pedagogical experiences to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by online learning.

The event will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney on Monday 2 June at 12pm.
