A t-shirt that monitors your breathing? It’s not science fiction

Morphic Sensors refers to a suite of technologies which, when constructed into wearable devices, capture a range of cardiac and respiratory metrics. Technology readiness was further by a successful Cooperative Research Centre Project (CRC-P) involving Institute Researchers Drs Breen and Gargiulo, and specialist industry partners. The work has generated licence fee income for MARCS and Western, and the establishment of Medical Monitoring Solutions Pty Ltd to licence and commercialise this technology and collaborate as a strong industry partner.
