Practice Nurse Diabetes Education Workshop Series 2019
South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) in partnership with Diabetes Obesity and Metabolism Translational Research Unit (DOMTRU) are pleased to offer a series of FREE Practice Nurse Diabetes Education Workshops. Workshop programs are tailored by SWSLHD’s expert team of Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, SWS General Practitioners and Health Professionals.
AIM: to up skill the practice nurse understanding of the diabetes management plan and provide hands-on training for blood glucose monitoring and injection techniques.
It is recommended that you attend all 3 sessions for a complete understanding of the diabetes management plan.
