Tracking progress for a healthier Australia by 2025

Australia's Health Tracker, released earlier this month, shows where preventative health policy efforts have been successful in tackling risk factors for chronic diseases in Australia. It also shows where Australia is lagging behind world standards and failing to prevent chronic diseases.

The Australian Health Policy Collaboration at Victoria University, in collaboration with expert working group members from Australian universities and public health organisations, has developed this report card to inform and influence health policies and services in Australia.
