NICM welcomes delegations from China

During November/December NICM welcomed three main delegations from China including Shineway Pharmaceutical Group (Shineway); State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM) and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS); and the China Association of Chinese Medicine (CACM).
The delegates visited NICM to celebrate the unveiling of the commemorative plaque for the Australia – China Centre for Chinese Medicine Research and Development and Sailuotong clinical trial announcement.
The CACM delegation, led by Mr Fan Shuting, President of CACM included representatives from a number of pharmaceutical companies in China. In addition to attending the plaque unveiling ceremony, the delegates attended a workshop on Australia’s regulatory framework for complementary medicine.
