Wellbeing Health and Youth Matters Project Survey

The Wellbeing Health and Youth Matters Project survey invites young people 12-24 years to share their views, experience and interest in young people's involvement in health research, policy and services.

This survey is for all young people (12-24 years) in Australia, regardless of whether you have experience or not, we want to hear from you! The survey should take about 10 minutes of your time. You'll be asked questions about yourself, and your experiences of accessing health information, services and care. You will also be asked about your thoughts on how young people like you can be involved in research, decision or policy-making that affect your health and wellbeing.

We will use this survey to help inform researchers, governments and services about young people’s views. We hope this will improve health and wellbeing research, policies and services for young people.

You can also go in the draw to win a $30 voucher.
