Biography

Wendy’s careers in general practice, child health, health administration, clinical and health services research have led to her focus on medical and health professions education research, scholarship and research translation. Wendy has published over 120 journal articles, books and book chapters and is principal or chief investigator on $5.7M grants. Wendy supervises doctoral, masters, Honours and MD research students and leads collaborative research with medical universities and schools across Australia and in New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, China and The Netherlands. Her service on national and international accreditation and education policy bodies such as the Australian Medical Council ensures that her work has reach and impact on students, patients and the community.
