Biography
Bashir Tijani is a PhD researcher at Western Sydney University. He is currently conducting a research on how to develop an innovative framework to address mental health issues among project management professionals working on construction project. Bashir holds a B.sc (Hons) Quantity Surveying from the Sheffield Hallam University, UK and M.Phil. at Griffith University, Australia. Bashir worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the UK and Cost estimator in Australia before the commencement of his PhD. His academic and research career equipped him to cater for the research requirement on occupational health and well-being in construction projects.
