Western Enterprise

Welcome to the Western Enterprise: Risk and Compliance system. One centralised system for approved staff and other users, which enables cross-functional integration of objectives and positive compliance culture within the University.

The University aims to achieve best practice in risk and compliance, and "Western Enterprise" has been introduced to realise this vision for our University.

Selected Business Units and various risk and compliance-based processes are now being progressively introduced to the system.

The new system:

  • Automates and reduces workloads
  • Allows access using the internet from any location, at any time using a variety of desktop or portable devices.
  • Provides more timely updates and alerts
  • Is secure and only controlled access is permitted

We welcome you to visit the intranet pages of the current implemented departments for more information on specific modules.

  • CPU module - all University Staff and community are welcome to view the NEW Compliance Directory report.
  • ARA module

At this time, selected users may also log into the Western Enterprise homepage (staff login required) to be directed to these modules on Western Enterprise.

How to use Western Enterprise:

Selected staff about to use the system for the first time will find it helpful to read the Help Pages, which may assist you in using the Western Enterprise.

In the future, staff will be able to access a number of instructive training (videos and references guides) on the special Western Enterprise page of MyCareer online. More information will be published here soon. In the interim, the currently implemented managing departments may house specific training notes on its modules on their own Intranet pages (see links above).
