Vision 6 Email Request Form

Please submit the form below to request a Vision 6 email. Each email will cost between 1c and 2c, dependant on how many are sent per month by the Office of Marketing and Communication. When seeking approval from a Delegated Officer please calculate costs based on 2c per email, though the final cost may be less. Additionally, a monthly account keeping fee is divided amongst clients who have had emails sent in that month. Please note that depending on how many emails are sent each month, you may be charged an account keeping fee between $5 and $25.

All email requests must be submitted at least seven (7) working days before the nominated send time. Requests submitted which do not adhere to this timeframe will not be actioned.

Body text of the email Please upload a Word Document which provides the body text of the email, and includes any hyperlinks required. Please advise of any heading merge fields, for example if the persons "Name" should be pulled in from the Excel document you provide. You can indicate this in the text by adding the heading field in the text with brackets around it e.g. (Name)*.

*Excel Spreadsheet of email addresses: This spread sheet must contain email addresses of recipients, as well as any merge fields to be used in the email, such as First Name, Surname etc. Please note that all merge fields must be clearly marked and match merge fields indicated in the body text of the email.
