Academic Staff Agreement 2022 - 2025

The Academic Staff Agreement 2022 was accepted by University academic staff via ballot and staff were advised on 30 November 2022

The new Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and commenced on 19 December 2022 and has a nominal expiry date of 1 March 2025.

Professional Staff Agreement 2022-2025

The Professional Staff Agreement 2022 was accepted by University professional staff via ballot and staff were advised on 30 November 2022.

The new Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and commenced on 16 December 2022 and has a nominal expiry date of 1 March 2025.

Enterprise Bargaining 2025

The University is preparing to renegotiate its Enterprise Agreements with a commitment to bargain in good faith with the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) and Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU).
