Wendy-Tancred Wendy's interest in agriculture comes from growing up on cattle properties in regional Qld prior to a career in financial services. She held a variety of roles with AMP and Westpac, including as Queensland State Head of Westpac's Private Bank and also Financial Planning Division.

Wendy was Managing Director of MAP Funds Management Ltd, a financial services group of companies, incorporating Funds Management, Superannuation Fund and Financial Planning organisations.

As CEO of Davidson HR Consulting Wendy lead a team of staff and contracted specialists, including psychologists and organisational design experts, to enhance client's workplace performance. She was also CEO of Monitor, an information technology consulting business, providing governance, program management and consultants to clients across Digital, Collaboration, Cloud and Finance Systems.

Wendy returned to the financial services industry in 2017 as CEO of Mercy Super, the superannuation fund for the Sisters of Mercy organisations in Qld.

Wendy is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Having held a number of directorships within financial services, she is currently also a member of the Australian Dental Association Foundation Advisory Board.

She is a past lecturer on superannuation and insurance within the Masters of Commerce program at the University of Queensland.
