Education & Program Support

The Education & Program Support (EPS) team works within the Office of Student and University Planning and provides centralised support to schools. The core activities of the EPS team include:

  • Coordinating the production of learning guides based on approved unit data using the Learning Guide Management System (LGMS) (opens in a new window)
  • Support internal unit variations using the Tracking Unit Changes (TUC) Form and Curriculum Approval Management System (CAMS)
  • Support course planning, curriculum renewal and professional accreditation through collection and collation of unit information.


The EPS team has training materials available for Unit Coordinators and DAPs and a training video.

For LGMS support, log a ServiceNow ticket via or contact the EPS team by submitting a Learning guide support request via WesternNow.

If you need to change the Unit Coordinator for a unit, please complete an Update of Unit Coordinator form on WesternNow.
