ACIAC Meets Lu Xun Academy Beijing

The establishment of the Australia China Institute for Arts and Culture (ACIAC) at Western Sydney University signals public recognition of the important of literary and cultural exchanges with China and offers new potential for the development of the relationship with China Writers Association. 

Professor Jocelyn Chey, Director of the ACIAC visited Lu Xun Academy in Beijing, alongside with Professor Anthony Uhlmann, Director of Writing and Society Research Centre and Dr Jing Han, lecturer of languages, interpreting and translation (SOHCA). The above WSU representatives also exchanged ideas with China Writers Association on the fourth CALF to be held in China next year.
