CEO, The College
Glenn Campbell
An experienced CEO, Glenn brings a strong background in the tertiary education sector along with a diverse leadership career specialising in policy, strategy, and operations, spanning multiple sectors, countries, and cultures.
Glenn possesses substantial experience driving outstanding business performance through effective leadership, impeccable service delivery and sound commercial decision-making. A keen analytical thinker who drives business transformation initiatives and maintains a constant focus on continuous improvement. He leads from the front and creates a performance-focused environment where staff are empowered to succeed.
Prior to joining Western Sydney University, The College, Glenn was the Executive Director and CEO of Deakin University’s capability development and executive education business DeakinCo., where he led the organisation successfully through the COVID pandemic challenges to subsequently develop significant growth in Australia and new markets. Through his career, Glenn has held other senior leadership roles at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), Barwon Water and within the Victorian Government.
Glenn has held various board appointments, most notably in public policy (OECD, APO.org.au), education (ANU, U.Can) and sustainability (Resource Recovery Gippsland).
Glenn holds a Masters degree in Organisational Change and Consulting and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
