Bankstown City

Train: Bankstown station is a short walk from campus and is serviced by the T2 and T3 routes. Bankstown station is also wheelchair accessible with a portable boarding ramp. Drive - There is no on campus parking but there are nearby carparks within a short stroll, and many are free all day.

Campbelltown

Walk - The campus is a 10 minute walk from Macarthur Station. Exit the station at the 'Shopping Centre Bridge' and cross onto Goldsmith Ave, which leads into the campus.

Drive - The campus is accessible using the M5, via the Narellan Road exit. For fees please see the parking webpage.

Hawkesbury

Walk - The College Drive campus entrance is a 1km or 10 minute walk from East Richmond train station.

Liverpool City

Walk - the campus is a 10 minute walk from Quakers Hill station. Exit the station on the Railway Road side, turn on to Douglas Road and turn right onto Eastern Road, which leads into the campus.

Drive - the campus is accessible using the M7, via the Quakers Hill Parkway exit. For fees please see the parking webpage.

Parramatta

Please note this information refers to the main campus site on Victoria road.

We have a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the Parramatta City campus (169 Macquarie Street) to the Parramatta South campus. From there, it’s a two-minute walk to Parramatta station.

Bike - There is a bicycle path running along the Parramatta River on the campus side. On-campus bike parking is available. Check the cycling at Western Sydney University page for locations.

Walk - Parramatta campus (South), the main teaching campus, is located a five minute walk from the Victoria Road bus stop.

Drive - Entrance to the campus is via Victoria Road. To park on Parramatta campus (South) you will require a blue, red or disabled parking permit. For fees please see the parking webpage.

Parramatta City campus

Please note that the Parramatta City campus currently has three locations: 169 Macquarie Street and 6 Hassall Street.

Walk - The Parramatta City campuses at 169 Macquarie Street and 6 Hassall Street are less than a five minute walk from Parramatta train station.

Drive - Parking bays are not available as the Parramatta City facilities are located in the heart of the CBD with no available land to accommodate parking. Students are encouraged to view the Parramatta CBD map [PDF, 563Kb] (opens in a new window) for parking options in this area. Staff working in these facilities are requested to contact their relevant School for parking options.

Penrith

Walk - You can walk to Penrith campus (Kingswood) from Kingswood train station. You can walk to both Penrith campus (Werrington North) and Penrith campus (Werrington South) from Werrington train station.

Drive - Penrith campus (Kingswood) is accessed from Second Ave. Penrith campus (Werrington South) and Penrith campus (Werrington North) are accessed from the Great Western Highway. Limited parking is available on all three campuses. For fees please see the parking webpage.

Sydney Olympic Park

Bike - bike parking is available throughout Sydney Olympic Park. Check the cycling at Western Sydney University page for locations.

Walk - the campus is a 1 minute walk from Sydney Olympic Park station. Exit the station on Park Street, turn right on to Murray Rose Avenue and turn left onto Australia Avenue, which leads into the campus.

Drive - To reach the campus, take the M4 Western Motorway, exiting at Homebush Bay Drive. Then turn left onto Australia Avenue. Parking is not available at the facility, however there are a range of public carparks within walking distance to the campus. Students are encouraged to view the Sydney Olympic Park map for parking options in this area. Staff are requested to contact their relevant School for parking options. -
